Alfred C. Mtetemera is a goal oriented and versatile Finance Executive professional with demonstrated expertise in Policy and Strategy formulation, Business Performance Analysis, Financial Reporting, Treasury Management, Taxation and Human Capital Management. His 23 years of experience cuts across industries; Manufacturing, Tobacco and Seed Production, Animal Farming, and Retail business. He is currently serving as the Head of Finance for Ekhaya Group and Thomson and Barbara Mpinganjira Foundation. He holds an MBA from Heriot Watt University (Edinburgh Business School), Fellow Chartered Certified Accountant (FCCA) and Certified Public Accountant CA(M).

He is a dynamic and strategic Retail Operations Executive with over 20 years of Retail experience in a fast-paced retail environment. One of the key figures in setting up the Ekhaya establishments across the country, and his background is rooted in Retail operational excellence, which includes inventory optimization, supply chain management, operational systems, and project management. He is a dedicated leader, a testimony of an operator, very skilled in team building, staff training, and performance management. Besides a Master's Degree in Business Administration, he also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing Science and a CIM Chartered Postgraduate Diploma. He is always eager to leverage his comprehensive operations expertise to enhance the customer experience, streamline processes, and maximize profitability for Ekhaya Farms Foods.
